weighted chin-ups, bench press, etc.

loss of bone density, muscle mass, pain
back and joints, etc.
Develop a functional and aesthetic body capable of performing notable strength skills in calisthenics: handstand, muscle up, front lever, back lever, L-sit, pull over, mana and more that we will be incorporating.
You will learn the fundamentals to be able to practice these skills anywhere and at any time.
Hybrid session between functional exercises and weight lifting, using implements such as dumbbells, kettlebell, land mine, drawers, rope, etc.
In this class we will focus on strengthening the muscles necessary for daily life, through exercises that imitate parameters similar to day-to-day movements such as jumping, climbing stairs, pushing, lifting loads, dragging, etc.
Improvement of strength, mobility, stability and body coordination, are the most important aspects that you will improve here in the Movement class; while promoting body awareness and flow of movement; because moving is good, but with style and efficiency it is much better.
You will learn exercises and movements brought from the animal flow, yoga and martial arts that we will combine following an aesthetic and fluidity in a natural way.
Being able to connect different types of movement sequences and achieve control of your body in ranges that you did not think possible is one of the best gifts that Movement will leave you.
Training session where you will use your own body weight as resistance. With this type of exercise we will improve biomotor skills such as strength, power, endurance, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. This will help you improve control over your body, thanks to the activation of long muscle chains and the improvement of intermuscular coordination.
The work dynamics will be with circuits in pairs or individually. We will use implements such as bars, rings, parallels, wall, etc.
(ABS, Ass and Arms) Circuit of trainings focused on developing muscle and strength in the abs (ABS), ass (Ass) and arms (Arms). Using equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, squat bars and your own body weight, you will be able to take your core and strength to the next level, while gaining a much more athletic aesthetic.
Focused on ballistic exercise work, control, strength and explosiveness through the use of tools such as clubbells and kettebells.
Looking ahead to the summer, every year we participate in an OCR race (Spartan race or Survivor). So we want to do it better and having fun at the same time, that's why we have prepared this class in which we will improve jumping, swinging, grip on any surface, running, resistance and agility.
