POWER

Class focused on purely strength training

and power through exercises such as: squat

with weight, clubbells, deadlift, kettlebell press,

weighted chin-ups, bench press, etc.


Whatever your age or gender, it is important to work

the strength to combat negative effects

associated with aging, such as

loss of bone density, muscle mass, pain

back and joints, etc.
